Career Day was a huge success!
Today, February 25th, 2010 we had a fantastic career day. Ms. Dreiling and Mrs. VanLant worked very hard so that every class was able to see and learn about 5 different careers from 5 different guest speakers, among them was Commander Chuck Street from KIIS FM & KTLA channel 5. Great Job Ms. Dreiling and Mrs. VanLant!

Technology on the Rise!
Los Alisos is moving forward in technology. Five teachers are piloting SMART boards and we have an all new computer lab that features the iPass Math program. AVID training will start soon for our teachers. Update messages to follow!!!

Honor Band Participants
It is with great pleasure that we share with you the results of the Honor Band Auditions that were held on Wednesday, January 13, 2010. Three of our students met the high standards and requirements to be eligible to participate in the Middle School Honor Band Concert on February 25th at 6:30 pm at Excelsior Auditorium. Come out and support our students for all of their hardwork so that they can represent our school.
